External farm series FEH, FET
High-quality industrial solution by DoorHan.
Read More →DoorHan loading houses (dock vestibules) are standalone external docking modules that preserve internal warehouse space and optimize cold-chain insulation. Built with insulated sandwich panels and heavy-duty steel support frameworks.
DoorHan modular dock houses (loading pods) are external self-contained steel structures installed directly on the outside facade of warehouse buildings. By housing the dock leveler, sectional door, and dock shelter outside the primary facility perimeter, dock houses preserve 100% of usable indoor floor area, eliminate expensive concrete pit excavations inside the warehouse, and maximize thermal separation.
Designed for fast bolted assembly on site, DoorHan dock houses can be configured for straight 90-degree docking or angled layouts (30, 45, 60 degrees) where logistics yard truck maneuvering space is restricted.
DoorHan dock loading systems, hydraulic levelers, and external dock houses comply strictly with European standard EN 1398 and CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Each leveler platform is factory proof-tested for dynamic point load capacities up to 100 kN with built-in emergency velocity fuses to prevent platform free-fall during unexpected truck departures. Full architectural pit installation drawings, civil foundation guides, and hydraulic line diagrams are available for engineering teams.
DoorHan dock houses offer modern logistics developers the ultimate modular solution for facility expansion, thermal optimization, and rapid project commissioning.
